Effect of Lessee’s Default. In the event that Lessor has delivered a written notice of default to Lessee hereunder and such default then remains uncured during the pendency of a review of records under this Section, said right to review shall immediately cease and the matters originally set forth in Lessor’s Statement shall be deemed to be correct.
