If, at the time of termination of Executive’s employment for any reason prior to the expiration of the Term or any time thereafter, Executive is in material breach of any covenant contained in Section 6 hereof, then, notwithstanding anything in this Section 5 to the contrary, Executive (or Executive’s estate, as applicable) shall not be entitled to any payment (or if payments have commenced, any continued payment) other than the Standard Termination Payments.
