Effect of non-approval of proposals. (6) Notwithstanding that under subclause (1) any proposals of the Company are approved by the Minister or deemed to be approved as a consequence of an arbitration award, unless each and every such proposal and matter is so approved or deemed to be approved within 12 months of the date of the submission of the proposals pursuant to subclause (1) of Clause 6 or by such extended date or period if any as the Company shall be granted or entitled to pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, then at the end of that period or extended date or period as the case may be all of the said proposals shall be deemed withdrawn and of no effect.
