Effect of Notice Upon Redemption. Once notice of redemption is delivered in accordance with Section 3.03 hereof, Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the Redemption Date at the redemption price stated in the notice. Upon surrender to the Paying Agent, such Notes shall be paid at the redemption price stated in the notice, plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date (subject to the right of Holders of record on the relevant Regular Record Date to receive interest due on the related Interest Payment Date). Failure to give notice or any defect in the notice to any Holder shall not affect the validity of the notice to any other Holder.

Effect of Notice Upon Redemption. Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.04 hereof, Notes of a series called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the Redemption Date at the redemption price stated in the notice except that any redemption and notice thereof may, in the Company’s discretion, be subject to the satisfaction of one or more conditions precedent. Subject to the foregoing, upon surrender to the Paying Agent, such Notes shall be paid at the redemption price stated in the notice, plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date (subject to the right of Holders of record on the relevant Regular Record Date to receive interest due on the related Interest Payment Date). Failure to give notice or any defect in the notice to any Holder shall not affect the validity of the notice to any other Holder.
