Common use of Effect of Notices, Waivers or Consents Clause in Contracts

Effect of Notices, Waivers or Consents. Any waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it was given. No notice to or demand on Issuers in any case shall entitle Issuers to any other or further notice (except as otherwise specifically required hereunder or under any other Loan Document) or demand in similar or other circumstances. Any amendment, modification, termination, waiver or consent effected in accordance with this Section 11.1 shall be binding upon each Purchaser at the time outstanding, each future Purchaser and, if signed by the Issuers, on the Issuers.
