Effect of Option on Lease. If the Option is exercised, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect until the Closing hereinabove specified. If for any reason such Closing fails to occur, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect, except that if the provisions of this paragraph 34 are annulled by Lessor, in accordance with subparagraph 34(C)(vi), by reason of a default by Lessee, this Lease shall continue but without the provisions of this paragraph 34 being a part hereof.
