Effect of other clauses. The provisions of this Paragraph shall not be limited in any way by, and shall be interpreted without reference to, any other clause of the GCEP Lease or this Contract provided, however, that this Paragraph shall be subject to any provisions that are or have been added to the GCEP Lease after its execution as required by applicable Federal law, including statutes, executive orders and regulations, to be included in Nuclear Hazards Indemnity Agreements.
