Effect of Policies and Procedures Upon Participant. Upon approval of a Registration Application and execution of the Participation Agreement, Participant agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of the Policies and Procedures in effect from time to time. HEALTHeLINK may make exceptions to the Policies and Procedures in a Registration Application at HEALTHeLINK’s sole discretion, as long as any exceptions do not otherwise conflict with the terms of these Terms and Conditions and are approved through the Operating Committee processes referenced in Section 8.8 (Operating Committee).
