Common use of Effect of Recording Clause in Contracts

Upon the recording of this EES, all future Owners are conclusively deemed to have consented and agreed to every condition and restriction contained in this EES, whether or not any reference to this EES is contained in an instrument by which such person or entity occupies or acquires an interest in the Property.
