Effect of Release on Lease. The exercise by the Tenant of the option granted under these Sections 17.6 to 17.10 and the purchase and release of a portion of the Real Property constituting a part of the Project pursuant hereto shall in no way whatsoever affect this Project Lease, and all the terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect, including, without limitation, the Tenant's obligations to pay all Basic Rent and Additional Rent.
