Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. (1) This Second Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 901 of the Original Indenture, and the Original Indenture shall be read together with this Second Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over all of the Debt Securities, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Original Indenture and this Second Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.
(2) In all other respects, the Original Indenture is confirmed by the parties hereto as supplemented by the terms of this Second Supplemental Indenture.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. Except as amended by this Second Supplemental Indenture, the terms and provisions of the Indenture shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. Upon the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Indenture by the Company, Alside, each of the Guarantors and the Trustee, the Indenture shall be supplemented in accordance herewith, and this Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the Indenture shall be bound thereby.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. Upon the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Indenture by each of the Company and the Trustee, the Base Indenture shall be supplemented in accordance herewith, and this Second Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Base Indenture for all purposes in respect of the Senior Preferred Notes or otherwise as applicable.

Upon the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Indenture by Parent and the Trustee, the Indenture, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, shall be supplemented and amended in accordance herewith, and this Second Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the Indenture shall be bound thereby.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. From and after the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall be deemed to be modified as herein provided, but except as modified hereby, the Indenture shall continue in full force and effect. The Indenture as modified hereby shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. Except as amended hereby, all of the terms of the Indenture and Notes issued thereunder shall remain and continue in full force and effect and are hereby confirmed in all respects. From and after the date of this Second Supplemental Indenture, all references to the Indenture (whether in the Indenture or in any other agreements, documents or instruments) shall be deemed to be references to the Indenture as amended and supplemented by this Second Supplemental Indenture, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound by the Indenture as so amended and supplemented.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. The provisions of this Second Supplemental Indenture are intended to supplement those of the Indenture as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. The Indenture shall remain in full force and effect except to the extent that the provisions of the Indenture are expressly modified by the terms of this Second Supplemental Indenture.
Effect of Second Supplemental Indenture. From and after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Indenture shall be deemed to be modified as herein provided; however, except as modified hereby, the Indenture shall continue in full force and effect.
