Common use of Effect of Stay Clause in Contracts

Effect of Stay. If acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Subsidiary Guarantor under any of the Obligations is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary Guarantor, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any applicable agreement or instrument evidencing or relating to any of the Obligations shall nonetheless be payable by such Subsidiary Guarantor under this Article forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent.

Effect of Stay. If In the event that acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Subsidiary other Borrower or Guarantor under any of the Obligations Guaranteed Obligation is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary other Borrower or Guarantor, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any applicable agreement or instrument evidencing or relating to any of the Obligations Guaranteed Obligation shall nonetheless be payable by such Subsidiary Guarantor Genlyte Group under this Article section forthwith on demand by the Administrative AgentAgents.

If In the event that acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Co-Borrower or other Subsidiary Guarantor of the Company under any of the Obligations Obligation is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary Guarantorother Co- Borrower or other Subsidiary, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any applicable agreement or instrument evidencing or relating to any of the Obligations Obligation shall nonetheless be payable by such Subsidiary Guarantor Co-Borrower under this Article section and the other provisions of the Credit Documents forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent.

If In the event that acceleration of the time for payment of any amount payable by any Borrowing Subsidiary Guarantor under any of the Obligations Guaranteed Obligation is stayed upon insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary GuarantorBorrowing Subsidiary, all such amounts otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any applicable agreement or instrument evidencing or relating to any of the Obligations Guaranteed Obligation shall nonetheless be payable by such Subsidiary Guarantor the Company under this Article section forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent.
