Common use of Effect of Supplement and/or Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplement and/or Amendment. Upon the execution of any supplemental indenture and/or any such amendment or supplement to the other Operative Documents pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9, this Indenture and such Operative Documents shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under this Indenture and the other Operative Documents of the Trustee, the Company and the Holders of Securities shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder and thereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all terms and conditions of any such supplemental indenture and/or any such amendment or supplement to the other Operative Documents shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture and the other Operative Documents for any and all purposes.
