Common use of Effect of Supplement Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplement. Except as specifically supplemented herein, the Asset Transfer Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms. Reference to this specific Transfer Supplement need not be made in the Asset Transfer Agreement, or any other instrument or document executed in connection therewith, or in any certificate, letter or communication issued or made pursuant to or with respect to the Asset Transfer Agreement, any reference in any of such items to the Asset Transfer Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Asset Transfer Agreement as supplemented hereby.
