Common use of Effect of Supplemental Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article IX, this Indenture, the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture, the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, for any and all purposes.

From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article IXX, this IndentureTrust Agreement, the Purchase Contract Lease Agreement or the Acquisition AgreementGround Lease, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder hereunder, subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this IndentureTrust Agreement, the Purchase Contract Lease Agreement or the Acquisition AgreementGround Lease, as the case may be, for any and all purposes.

From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article IX, (i) this Indenture, Trust Agreement or the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, (ii) the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Obligations Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and (iii) all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture, Trust Agreement or the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, for any and all purposes.
