EFFECT OF SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. (a) Upon termination or suspension of Customer’s rights under this Agreement, the Exchange shall cease providing the Connectivity Services and Customer shall cease accessing the Exchange Systems. (b) Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, subject to section 7.6, all rights granted to Customer hereunder will cease and Customer shall promptly pay to the Exchange any and all fees and other amounts owed to the Exchange under this Agreement.
