Effect of Termination for Convenience or Similar Grounds. (a) The Environmental Consultant shall be entitled to payment from the School District for any Services satisfactorily performed and Reimbursable Expenses incurred in accordance with the provisions of this Contract prior to the effective date of termination. (b) Whether the termination occurs in the Initial Term or an Additional Term, the Environmental Consultant shall continue to perform this Contract in accordance with its terms through the effective date of the termination, and shall make diligent efforts to mitigate all costs and losses associated with the termination.
