Suspension for Convenience. The School District shall have the right, at any time during the term of this Contract, to suspend all or any part of the Services, for the convenience of the School District, for the period of time that the School District, in its sole discretion, determines to be in the best interest of the School District, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Architectural Designer (except that in the event of a public emergency, as determined by the School District, no such period of notice shall be required.).

Suspension for Convenience. City may, at any time and from time to time, without cause, order Contractor, in writing, to suspend, delay, or interrupt the Work in whole or in part for such period of time, up to an aggregate of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Time. The order shall be specifically identified as a Suspension Order by City. Upon receipt of a Suspension Order, Contractor shall, at City’s expense, comply with the order and take all reasonable steps to minimize costs allocable to the Work covered by the Suspension Order. During the Suspension or extension of the Suspension, if any, City shall either cancel the Suspension Order or, by Change Order, delete the Work covered by the Suspension Order. If a Suspension Order is canceled or expires, Contractor shall resume and continue with the Work. A Change Order will be issued to cover any adjustments of the Contract Sum or the Contract Time necessarily caused by such suspension. A Suspension Order shall not be the exclusive method for City to stop the Work.
Suspension for Convenience. ECOLOGY may suspend this Agreement or any portion thereof for a temporary period by providing written notice to the CONTRACTOR a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the suspension date. CONTRACTOR shall resume performance on the first business day following the suspension period unless another day is specified in writing by ECOLOGY prior to the expiration of the suspension period.
Suspension for Convenience. SBCAG may, without cause, order CONTRACTOR in writing to suspend, delay, or interrupt the services under this Agreement in whole or in part for up to 30 days. Suspension for Convenience. The VILLAGE shall have the right at any time to direct the CONSULTANT to suspend its performance, or any designated part thereof, for any reason whatsoever, or without reason, for a cumulative period of up to five (5) calendar days. If any such suspension is directed by the VILLAGE, the CONSULTANT shall immediately comply with same. In the event the VILLAGE directs a suspension of performance as provided herein, through no fault of the CONSULTANT, the VILLAGE shall pay the CONSULTANT as full compensation for such suspension the CONSULTANT'S reasonable costs, actually incurred and paid, of demobilization and remobilization.
Suspension for Convenience. If State suspends the work for State's convenience, State will give Consultant notice of the date of suspension, which date will be no fewer than three (3) business days after notice is given. Such notice will provide the reason(s) for such suspension. Consultant will not be compensated for any Services completed or costs incurred after the date of suspension. Consultant shall provide State a detailed summary of the current status of the Services completed and an invoice of all costs incurred up to and including the date of suspension.

District shall adjust Contract Sum and Contract Time for increases in the cost (including profit) and time caused by the suspension, delay, or interruption referenced in Section 16.3.1, so long as the performance would not have been suspended, delayed, or interrupted by another cause for which Contractor is responsible and District has not already made or denied another equitable adjustment under another provision of this Contract for the suspension, delay, or interruption.

No adjustment shall be made to the extent the performance is, was or would have been so suspended, delayed or interrupted by another cause for which the Design/Builder is responsible. Adjustments made in the cost of performance may have a mutually agreed fixed or percentage Fee.
