Effect of Termination Notice. (a) If one of the parties gives the Termination Notice in accordance with section 27.1, then the provisions of this Agreement and the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements providing for those matters referred to in section 26.5(a)(i) and for those matters related to the Joint Clinical Committees and the Joint Standing Committee on Rural Issues will continue in effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement and the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements pursuant to section 27.1, subject however to the further rights to terminate those continuing provisions under section 27.2(b).
