Effect of termination of Agreement on reserve contract. (a) Subject to paragraph (b), any reserve contract under this Agreement will terminate effective immediately upon the termination of this Agreement under clause 12.1 or 12.2. (b) Termination of this agreement under clause 12.3 or the expiry of this Agreement under clause 4, does does not affect the continuation of any reserve contract.
