Rules Prevail. To the extent any provision of this Agreement, after reasonable construction so as to give meaning to all provisions of this Agreement and the Rules, conflicts with the Rules promulgated by the Board, the Rules of the Board prevail.
Rules Prevail. If, and to the extent of, any inconsistency between an obligation of AEMO under this Agreement and an obligation of AEMO under the Rules, the obligation of AEMO under the Rules will prevail over the obligation of AEMO under this Agreement.
