Effect of Termination of Employment on Exercise Period. If Executive’s employment by DIRECTV terminates, the following provisions shall apply with respect to vesting and exercise of the Option after the date of such termination (the “Termination Date”), except that in no event may any portion of the Option be exercised after the Expiration Date:
