Common use of Effect of Termination on Developer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination on Developer Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the Developer’s obligations to comply with the General Plan and the terms and conditions of any and all Project Approvals and land use entitlements approved with respect to the Property, nor shall it affect any other covenants of the Developer specified in this Agreement to continue after the termination of this Agreement.

Effect of Termination on Developer Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the any of Developer’s obligations to comply with (a) the General City Comprehensive Plan and the terms and conditions of or any and all Project Approvals and applicable zoning code(s), subdivision maps or other land use entitlements approved with respect to the Property, nor shall it affect Project Site; (b) any other covenants of the Developer conditions or restrictions specified in this Agreement to continue after the termination of this Agreement; or (c) obligations to pay assessments, liens, fees or taxes, unless the termination or abandonment of the Project nullifies such obligations.

Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the any of Developer’s obligations to comply with (a) the General City Comprehensive Plan and the terms and conditions of or any and all Project Approvals and applicable zoning code(s), subdivision maps or other land use entitlements approved with respect to the Property, nor shall it affect Project; (b) any other covenants of the Developer conditions or restrictions specified in this Agreement to continue after the Agreement, and such obligations shall survive termination of this Agreement; or (c) obligations to pay assessments, liens, fees, or taxes, unless the termination or abandonment of the Project nullifies such obligations.

Effect of Termination on Developer Obligations. Termination of this Agreement as to Developer or the Subject Property or any portion thereof shall not affect the Developer’s obligations any requirements to comply with the General Plan and the terms and conditions of the applicable zoning, any development plan approvals, approval and all Project Approvals and acceptance of infrastructure improvements, any applicable permit(s), or any subdivision map or other land use entitlements approved with respect to the Subject Property, nor shall it affect any other covenants of the Developer specified in this Agreement to continue after the termination of this Agreement.

Termination of this Agreement as to the Developer of the Subject Property or any portion thereof shall not affect any of the Developer’s 's obligations to comply with the County General Plan and the terms and conditions of any and all Project Approvals and applicable zoning, or subdivision map or other land use entitlements approved with respect to the Subject Property, nor shall it affect any other covenants of the Developer or any other development requirements specified in this Agreement to continue after the termination of this Agreement, or obligations to pay assessments, liens, fees, or taxes.
