Common use of Effect of Termination on Payments Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination on Payments. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Consulting Term shall be terminated prior to the Expiration Date upon any of the following: (i) the termination of the Consulting Term on a date mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties; (ii) the death or adjudicated incompetency of Consultant; (iii) the termination of the Consulting Term by the Company without Cause; or (iv) the termination of the Consulting Term by the Company for Cause.

Effect of Termination on Payments. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Consulting Term shall be terminated prior to the Expiration Date upon any of the following: (i) the termination of the Consulting Term on a date mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties; (ii) the termination of the Consulting Term by voluntary resignation of Consultant; (iii) the death or adjudicated incompetency of Consultant; (iiiiv) the Disability (defined below) of Consultant; (v) the termination of the Consulting Term by the Company without CauseCause (defined below); or (ivvi) the termination of the Consulting Term by the Company for with Cause.
