EFFECT OF TERMINATION ON VESTED BENEFITS. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Executive's termination of employment shall not affect the Bank's (or any Bank affiliate's) liability for the payment of vested benefits pursuant to individual contracts, plans or arrangements, or pursuant to state or federal law, requiring the payment of such benefits.
