Effect of Termination or Reduction. Any termination or reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments shall be permanent. Subject to Section 2.19(h), each reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments shall be made ratably among the Revolving Credit Lenders in accordance with their respective Revolving Credit Commitments.
