Effect of Transfer Not in Compliance with this Article. Any purported Transfer of all or any part of a Partner’s Interest, or any interest therein, that is not in compliance with this Article VII, or that would cause the Partnership to be a “publicly traded partnership” (within the meaning of Section 7704 of the Code), shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be void ab initio and shall be of no effect.
