Effect of Withdrawal of Member Agency on Board. If any Member Agency withdraws from membership in CIWW or is for any other reason no longer a Member Agency, the size of the Board shall be automatically reduced and any Trustee representing the departed Member Agency, shall be deemed to no longer serve on the Board effective as of the date of the Member Agency’s withdrawal or departure.
