Effect On Base Rate Advances. If notice has been given pursuant to Section 9.1, 9.2 or 9.3 hereof suspending the obligation of a Lender to make LIBOR Advances, or requiring LIBOR Advances of a Lender to be repaid or prepaid, then, unless and until the Lender notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, all Advances which would otherwise be made by such Lender as LIBOR Advances shall be made instead as Base Rate Advances.

If Agent notifies Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, Borrower may thereafter select Advances from such Lender to be LIBOR Advances in accordance with Section 2.3(c) of this Agreement.

If Agent notifies Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment no longer apply, Borrower may thereafter select Advances to be Eurodollar Advances in accordance with SECTION 2.3(c) of this Agreement.
