Common use of Effect on Obligations Clause in Contracts

Effect on Obligations. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Article shall terminate all obligation of the parties hereunder, except for the obligations under Sections 14.3 (with respect to expenses), 14.4 (with respect to publicity) and 8.2 (with respect to confidentiality); provided, however, that termination pursuant to subparagraphs (b) or (c) of Section 13.1 will not relieve the defaulting or breaching party from any liability to the other party hereto. In the event of termination under subsection (c), ISD will have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 hereof, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.

In the event of termination under subsection (c), ISD will have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 15.13 hereof, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.

In the event of termination under subsection (c), ISD Buyer will have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 13.14 hereof, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.

In the event of termination under subsection (c), ISD will SpectraSite shall have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 12.15 hereof, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.

In the event of termination under subsection (cSection 12.1(c), ISD Buyer will have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 13.14 hereof, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.

Effect on Obligations. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Article X shall terminate all obligation obligations of the parties hereunder, except for the obligations under Sections 14.3 11.5 (with respect to expenses), 14.4 (with respect to publicity) and 8.2 5.8 (with respect to confidentiality); provided, however, that termination pursuant to subparagraphs (b) or (c) of Section 13.1 will 10.1 shall not relieve the defaulting or breaching party from any liability to the any other party hereto, and the nondefaulting party or parties shall be entitled to any remedies allowed by applicable law. In the event of termination under subsection (cSection 10.1(c), ISD will Buyer shall have the rights and remedies with respect to specific performance as set forth in Section 14.15 hereof11.11, in addition to any other remedies that may be available at law or in equity.
