Effect on Other Amounts. The payments provided for in this Paragraph 8 shall be in addition to all other sums then payable and owing to Executive shall be subject to applicable federal and state income and other withholding taxes and shall be in full settlement and satisfaction of all of Executive's claims and demands. Upon such termination of this Agreement, Employer shall have no rights or obligations under this Agreement, other than its obligations under this Paragraph 8, and Executive shall have no rights and obligations under this Agreement, other than Executive's obligations under Paragraphs 12 and 13 hereof (to the extent applicable).
