Effect on Other Amounts. The payments provided for in this Paragraph 8 shall be in addition to all other sums then payable and owing to the Executive, shall be subject to applicable federal and state income and other withholding taxes and shall be in full settlement and satisfaction of all of the Executive’s claims and demands. Upon such termination of this Agreement, the Employer shall have no rights or obligations under this Agreement, other than its obligations under this Paragraph 8, and the Executive shall have no rights and obligations under this Agreement, other than the Executive’s obligations under Paragraphs 12 and 13 hereof (to the extent applicable); provided, however, termination of this Agreement shall not terminate the obligation of the Executive to pay to the Employer any amounts for which the Executive may be liable to the Employer under any provision of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 (including, without limitation, Section 304 of such Act), or any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time.
