Common use of Effect on Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Effect on Other Obligations. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement each party shall remain responsible for any obligations or Liabilities owed at or arising out of circumstances or transactions occurring prior to the date of termination until satisfied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as though this Agreement had not been terminated.
