Common use of Effect on Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Effect on Other Obligations. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, if CenturyLink makes a request for a deposit or assurance of payment in accordance with the terms of this Section 11, then CenturyLink shall have no obligation thereafter to perform under this Agreement until such time as **CLEC has provided CenturyLink with such deposit or assurance of payment. The fact that a deposit or a letter of credit is requested by CenturyLink hereunder shall in no way relieve **CLEC from compliance with the requirements of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, any applicable Tariffs or Price List) as to advance payments and timely payment for facilities or services, nor constitute a waiver or modification of the terms herein pertaining to the discontinuance of services for nonpayment of any amounts, payment of which is required by this Agreement.
