Effect on Prior Covenants. The provisions of this Section 4 are not intended to override, supersede, reduce, modify or affect in any manner any other agreement between the Executive, the Company or any of its Affiliates, including any confidentiality, nondisclosure, noncompetition, or nondisparagement agreement between the Executive, the Company or any of its Affiliates. Any such covenant or agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. The Company will be entitled to injunctive and other relief to prevent or enjoin any violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
