Nondisparagement Agreement. Employee shall not, either during the Term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, make statements, whether orally or in writing, concerning Employer, any of its directors, officers, employees or affiliates or any of its business strategies, policies or practices, that shall be in any way disparaging, derogatory or critical, or in any way harmful to the reputation of Employer, any such persons or entities or business strategies, policies or practices.

Nondisparagement Agreement. Executive agrees not to make any communications or engage in any conduct that is or can reasonably be construed to be disparaging of the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, stockholders, products or services.   • Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement All employees of the Group Companies with access to Groups Companies’ confidential information have entered into a standard confidentiality and non-competition agreements. To the best of knowledge of the Group Companies, none of these employees are in breach of such agreements in any material respect.   • Noncompetition Nonsolicitation and Nondisparagement The Executive acknowledges and agrees with the Company that, during the course of the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive has had and will continue to have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing employees, customers and other business associates of the Company, which relationships constitute goodwill of the Company, and the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Company would be irreparably damaged if the Executive were to take actions that would damage or misappropriate such goodwill.
