Common use of Effect on Senior Debt Clause in Contracts

Effect on Senior Debt. No amendment of, or supplement or waiver to, this Indenture shall adversely affect the rights of any holder of Senior Debt under Article Ten and Section 11.02 and the defined terms as used therein without the consent of such holder or its Representative.
