Effect on the Original Agreement. Except as specifically amended herein, the Original Agreement, all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed. As of the Amendment Date, each reference in the Original Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Original Agreement as amended hereby.

Effect on the Original Agreement a) As of the date hereof, each reference in the Original Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Original Agreement, and each reference in the Ancillary Agreements to the Original Agreement, “thereunder,” “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Original Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Original Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
Effect on the Original Agreement. Except as specifically amended in this Amending Agreement, the Parties hereby confirm that the Original Agreement and its terms and conditions are and shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified. To the extent there is any inconsistency between the Original Agreement and this Amending Agreement, the terms of the Amending Agreement shall supersede the Original Agreement.
Effect on the Original Agreement. All references to the "Agreement" herein and in the Original Escrow Agreement shall refer to the Original Escrow Agreement as amended by this First Amendment.
