Effect on Third Party Owners and Lessors. (a) Each person bound by this Deed acknowledges that if a Group Creditor were to take possession or otherwise recover any Assets owned by it, it may have a materially adverse effect on achieving the Restructuring Objectives and/or the purpose of this Deed.
