Common use of Effect on This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of Employee's ------------------------ employment and any expiration of the Term of Employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of this Section and Section 8 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the Company and Employee, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 6 hereof shall be deemed to operate or shall operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any liability of Employee to the Company or others from any action or omission by Employee enumerated in Section 6.1(c) hereof as a possible basis for termination of Employee's employment for Cause.
