Common use of Effect on This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right or determination to provide video services to subscribers in the Township under Sections 12.2 or 12.3 shall supersede this Agreement, and the Grantee, at its option, may terminate this Agreement or portions thereof, upon written notice to the Franchising Authority, without penalty or damages.
