Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of this Section and Section 8 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the Company and Executive, and their heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 6 hereof shall be deemed to operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any liability of Executive to the Company or others from any action or omission by Executive enumerated in Section 6.1 (c) hereof as a possible basis for termination of Executive's employment for Cause.
