Common use of Effect on This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right or determination to provide video services to subscribers in the Town under Sections 2.6B, 2.6C or 2.6D shall supersede this Agreement, and the Grantee, at its option, may terminate this Agreement or portions thereof, upon written notice to the Town, without penalty or damages.
