Common use of Effect on Xxxxxx, and Opco Clause in Contracts

Effect on Xxxxxx, and Opco. Holdco and Opco agree to do all such things as may be necessary or desirable to give effect to terms of this Deed in accordance with the steps set out in the Restructuring Implementation Deed and the terms of the Holdco Finance Documents, the Opco Finance Documents and any other Restructuring Document to which it is a party (as applicable).
