EFFECTING OF THE PLEDGE. For the purposes of effecting the Pledge under Clause 2.1, the Pledgor hereby pledges to the Pledgee the Shares, Dividends and (to the extent legally permitted) Related Assets in respect of, or derived from, the Shares. The Pledgee hereby accepts the Pledge. The number of Shares pledged pursuant to Clause 2.1 and this Clause 2.2 at signing of this Agreement is set out in Annex 1.0. The Pledgee shall have the right, but not the obligation, to notify Astra of the Pledge.
