EFFECTING OF THE PLEDGE. For the purposes of effecting the Pledge under Clause 2.1, the Pledgor hereby pledges to the Pledgee the Pledged Assets. The Pledgee hereby accepts the Pledge. The Pledgor undertakes to execute all such instruments or documents and to take all appropriate steps for the purpose of perfecting the Pledge over the Pledged Assets.
