Effective and Termination Dates. 41.01 The term of this agreement is from its effective date of April 1, 2010 until its expiry date of March 31, 2012. 41.02 The provisions of this agreement continue until it is superseded by a subsequent agreement. 41.03 It is agreed that the operation of Subsection 2 of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code is excluded from the Agreement. 41.04 (a) If either HEABC or the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association wishes to pro- pose amendments to this Agreement, the party pro- posing such amendments will notify the other party in writing of this intent within the last four (4) months prior to the expiry date of the Agreement.
