Effective Date and Defined Terms. This Amendment No. 1 to Rights Agreement shall be effective as of March 1, 2002 (the “Amendment”) and all defined terms and definitions in the Agreement shall have the same meanings in the Amendment except as may otherwise be specifically set forth in the Amendment.
