Use of Third Party Suppliers. Customer acknowledges that CGI may obtain products and services used in providing the Services from, and otherwise delegate obligations hereunder to, its Affiliates or other third party suppliers. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, CGI shall nevertheless be responsible to Customer for performance of the Services based on the use of such Affiliates or third party suppliers.
Use of Third Party Suppliers. 2.1 Only third-parties necessary in the provision of the Services may process Personal Data for the strictly limited purposes of providing the services to the Controller. The Controller provides its general written consent to the use of third-party suppliers in the provision of the services. In the event that a new third-party is engaged by Processor from 25 May 2018, Processor shall notify the Controller to give them the opportunity to object to the engagmemet of that third-party.
Use of Third Party Suppliers. In the event that Biogen desires to use a Third Party to perform any part of manufacturing of Commercial Supplies, the JSC shall first consider whether Elan has the ability, capability and desire to perform such manufacturing operations, and, if so and if the Parties are able to agree on terms that are acceptable to both Parties, the Parties shall amend this Agreement and the Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Agreement to cover the manufacturing operations to be performed by Elan.
Use of Third Party Suppliers. 2.1 Only third-parties necessary in the provision of the Services may process Personal Data for the strictly limited purposes of providing the services to the Controller. The third parties currently involved are Microsoft Bing (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/) and SDL (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/). Processor confirms that it has in place written contracts with Microsoft Bing and SDL that satisfy the requirements of Art.28
