EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 23.1 This Agreement shall be effective from March 6, 2022 and shall be valid until March 5, 2025 and thereafter from year to year unless a written notice is given by either party not less than sixty (60) days, nor more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, of their desire to terminate this Agreement or renegotiate a revision thereof, in which case this Agreement shall remain in effect without prejudice to any retroactive clause of a new Agreement until negotiations for revision or amendments hereto have been concluded and a new Agreement superseding this Agreement has been duly executed. 23.2 This Agreement is subject to ratification and is effective on the first pay-cycle following ratification, unless otherwise set out in the Memorandum of Agreement.
